Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Ontario, Canada
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $22.60/Hour

Job Description

  • Prepare customer invoices.
  • Schedule deliveries.
  • Filing of customer contracts.
  • Shipping / Receiving.
  • Receiving computer equipment and testing them.
  • Gathers equipment from warehouse for set up according to project specifications. Ensures hardware and software applications are accurately applied to equipment.
  • Prepares, packs and arranges the equipment on skids and prepares for shipment. Ensures all documentation required is available and accurately prepared.
  • Keeps up to date on products, services and specifications. Notifies purchasing of possible inventory deficiencies based on established criteria.
  • Ensures adherence to cleanliness and maintenance of work area safety standards. Ensures proper maintenance of specialized tools, tests equipment and test fixtures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with a minimum of year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency is MS Office and MS Excel
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills to deal with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
