  • Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
  • Certificate of State of Origin
  • Certificate of L.G.A of Origin
  • Valid means of identification such as Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, Voters Card
  • Educational certificates (secondary and tertiary)
