We are currently hiring for the position of Finance Officer in Victoria Island, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor daily entries in bank accounts for prompt resolution.
– Reconcile collection accounts such as NIS and FRSC collections.
– Perform monthly reconciliation of all Domiciliary Bank Accounts to ensure balance accuracy.
– Collaborate with external auditors/tax auditors during audits.
– Carry out delegated tasks as assigned from time to time.
– Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions, analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
– Work closely with relevant processes to perform daily reconciliation of open items.
– Reconcile local bank account balances to the general ledger on a monthly basis.
– Manage and open bank accounts, responsible for bank correspondences.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree holder with 0-4 years of relevant work experience.
Salary: N120,000 – N160,000 Monthly.
