UNICEF Leading Minds Fellowship on Climate
UNICEF is searching for passionate young leaders to form the core team of our Leading Minds Fellows on Climate, an intensive, six-month program designed to foster and harness the talents of young climate leaders.
This part-time paid fellowship is your chance to steer the agenda of UNICEF’s Leading Minds conference 2024, which is focused on climate breakthroughs. Leading Minds is a future-informed conference series and premier platform for global thought leadership, co-created and co-driven by young people.

Requirements for UNICEF Leading Minds Fellowship on Climate
- Open to young climate leaders aged 15-25.
- We are seeking architects of the future – young individuals eager to mold insights into action and discourse into lasting change.
- Fellows must have English language proficiency to work with UNICEF and other fellows at the global level.
Selection Process
The fellowship will run for 6 months, starting February 2024 via online platforms. Fellows must be able to devote between 5-10 hours per week on average to the fellowship. Additionally, the selected fellows may be required to travel to Florence, Italy, in May-June 2024 (TBC).
