Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all systems and standards
- Ensure equipment is in good working order and stocked with appropriate chemicals
- Keep work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
- Complete regular daily cleaning duties assigned
- Perform opening and closing duties as instructed
- Follow safe operating and handling procedures at all times
- Follow all Health & safety policies and procedures
