Job Responsibilities

• Plant S&OP management: Consolidates plant demand plan, takes charge of the S&OP process at plant level, ensures capacity and workforce are adapted to demand plan.
• Operational Supply Chain management: Plans production orders, manages bottlenecks, plans procurement orders, responsible for inventory coverage and cost optimization.
• Managerial and Supervisory Duties: Assigns duties, monitors activities of team members, assesses performance, administers discipline, maintains advisory relations with department heads.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum BSc. Degree in Engineering, MBA in Supply Chain Materials Management preferred, 5-7 years in supply chain or related project management, ERP skills in Material Management.
