About Sunrise of Burlington
At Sunrise, our Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Job Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Notify management of changes in condition
- Assist residents in life skills and activities
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
- Ensure community safety and OSHA compliance
- Respond to dining needs with Sunrise hospitality
Qualifications
- Passion for serving seniors
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- High School diploma / GED
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Effective communication and organizational skills
