Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Qualifications Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 4 years of work experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Smart, young and beautiful.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
