The NPC Birth Registration initiative is a collaboration between the National Population Commission (NPC) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), with the support of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). The goal of this program is to register 12.7 million births in Nigeria in 2023.
