Recruitment Process at Norwegian Refugee Council
The Norwegian Refugee recruitment consists of five steps. They include
1. Screening all applications
2. Assessment and tests.
3. Interviews
4. Background checks
5. Job offer and contract

Responsibilities at Norwegian Refugee Council
1. Comply with NRC rules, handbooks, regulations, and tools.
2. Help in carrying out the support function portfolio through the action plan
3. Create status reports as needed, per management’s instructions.
4. Ensure that documents are filed correctly.
5. Advocate for and exchange concepts to enhance the assistance role.
General Requirements for Applicants
Before applying for the Norwegian Refugee Council Recruitment 2024, candidates should ensure they have the basic requirements to be considered eligible for any available position. Candidates must meet these requirements to qualify for this recruitment.
1. Candidates must have a WAEC or NECO certificate with credit passes in five subjects including mathematics and English Language. All these must be achieved in not more than two sittings.
2. Candidates must possess a university degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
3. Candidates must have the NYSC discharge certificate
4. Candidates with HND/ND must have a minimum of Lower Credit.
5. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
6. Candidates must have a valid means of identification such as a national ID, an international passport, a driver’s license, or a voter registration card.
7. Candidates with additional certifications such as a master’s degree or a PhD have an edge.
8. Candidates must be certified as medically fit.
9. Candidates must not have any police-related criminal history.
10. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively.
