The NPS Screening exercise for the Superintendent Cadre/Inspectorate and Assistance Cadre will commence from March 19 to March 23, 2022.
All selected candidates must participate in the nationwide zonal screening process, which will take place at zonal headquarters. Those who pass the zonal screening will proceed to the national interview in Abuja. Requirements For a Successful NPS Screening 2024
The following items must be brought by successful candidates when reporting to their state’s screening centers:
- Two Recent Passports Photographs with your name written in capital letters behind
- One white-colored Office Flat File Jacket
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Your Duly completed Guarantor’s Form
- State of Origin Certificate
- Educational Certificate

How to Check Nigeria Correctional Service Screening Date 2024
To view the names of those selected for the 2024 Nigerian Prison Service Recruitment Exercise, follow the instructions below. Candidates must bring the relevant documents if their names appear on the list:
- For more information, visit the NPS Recruitment Portal at (www.prisons.gov.ng) or (recruit.prisonsportal.com.ng/recruit).
- To access the list and the screening date, enter your name and state of origin.
- Click the Verify Status button to check if you have been selected.
NOTE: All selected applicants for the 2024 Nigerian Prison Service will be informed of the day and time of their Zonal Screening via email and the website.
