To qualify for the Nigerian Navy DSSC Course 29, candidates must meet the following criteria below:
- Nigerian citizenship by birth.
- Authenticity in information and certificates presented.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division for first-degree holders, Upper Credit for HND holders, and computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Full registration with respective professional bodies in Nigeria.
- Authentication of credentials from foreign institutions by the Federal Ministry of Education.
- O’level West African Examination Certificate (WAEC) with credits in Mathematics and English.
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
- Height requirement: Male applicants – not less than 1.68 meters; Female applicants – not less than 1.65 meters.
- Age range: 22 to 28 years (except for specific roles with age limits).
