This opportunity is open to capable Nigerian graduates in science-related fields who are eager to establish a successful occupation in a supportive manufacturing setting with state-of-the-art systems and procedures.

Benefits Of The Scheme

The selected candidates will go through a competitive selection process and benefit from:

• A 12-month fully residential training program
• Formal training and experiential attachment

Upon completion of the program, candidates will be placed in one of our nationwide brewery locations as a shift manager for brewing, packaging, logistics, or automation engineering, depending on their relevant fields.

Qualification Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field, with a minimum grade of Second Class (Upper Division).
• Among the degrees offered in this field are, but are not restricted to:
  • Microbiology
  • Biochemistry
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Industrial Chemistry
  • Mechanical/Agric Engineering
  • Production Engineering
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Physics Electronics
  • Computer Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Chemistry/ Pure & Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry
  • Food Science & Technology
• A master’s degree in a related field is an additional advantage.

General Requirements for all Jobs:

• Minimum of Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including:
  • Maths
  • English
  • and 3 other relevant subjects
• Completion of NYSC, not earlier than January 2019
• Maximum of two years’ work experience
• Digital agility
• Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria
