The NDE lectures for NYSC Batch B Stream 1 2023 corps members on Entrepreneurship Development took place today in all NYSC Orientation Camps in Nigeria.
The Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has emphasized the importance of acquiring vocational skills through the Scheme’s Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) Programme.

According to the NYSC Director General, Brigadier General Yusha’u Dogara Ahmed, the in-camp training during the three weeks Orientation period aims to expose Corps Members to entrepreneurship. The post-camp training period will further enhance their skills for self-employment.
He highlighted that skill acquisition is the key to combating unemployment and urged the Corps Members to make the most of the SAED program, develop their potential, and strive for financial independence and job creation.
