Basic Requirements:
- A first degree or master’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Banking, Accounting, Micro-Finance, Management, Social Sciences, or Law from a recognized university
- Age between 21 and 29 years
- Graduated within the last 24 months or awaiting graduation
- Provide a recommendation/reference letter from the university attended
- No prior participation in any other internship programs or work experience related to your area of study since graduating

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, focused, dynamic, passionate, and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team and solve problems
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in computer skills
