As a Community Care Assistant at Vancouver Coastal Health, you will have the opportunity to work under the direction of a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manager to provide essential home support services to clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life, while also collaborating with the health care team to ensure the best possible care and outcomes for clients.

Successful candidates for this position must have graduated from a recognized Health Care Assistant Program and hold current registration with the BC Community Health Worker and Care Aide Registry. Candidates should also have experience interacting with persons with dementia, the geriatric population, and/or palliative care.
