Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: 808 Rue Saint Mary’s, Fredericton, NB
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $20.00 per hour
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.
Duties:
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Proficiency in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
