Enhancing lifelong health outcomes for children and families, the Family Health Division focuses on healthy pregnancies, birth, parenting, and early childhood as outlined in the Healthy Growth and Development Standard.
Responsibilities of Family Health PHNs
- Collaborate with other family health program areas, community, and hospital partners to ensure seamless support for families
- Contribute to program planning, evaluation, and innovation development to integrate family health with other programs
- Lead and maintain program information, resources, and online content
- Participate in public health strategic plan activities
