Job Title: Personal Care Specialist (12-month contract)

Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $20.60/Hour

Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for patients
- Contact patients to gather information and educate them on program services
- Be a reimbursement expert in assigned caseload territory
- Educate patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support
- Ensure coordination of patient services for rapid access to therapy
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient journey and ensure onboarding
- Manage prescription drug coverage and interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate prescriptions, report adverse events, and handle ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Post-secondary or Associate degree program or equivalent experience and education
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset (requirement for Quebec)
- Customer service experience
Assets
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in reimbursement arena, call center setting, or pharmaceutical industry
- Comprehension of medical information and knowledge of public and private reimbursement
- Project management skills, CRM system experience, and strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented, result-driven, and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively
- Adherence to Performance Standards and Procedures
