As a Customer Experience Associate, your responsibilities will include processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, understanding and determining customer needs in order to recommend suitable banking solutions, and responding and resolving customer concerns using standard procedures. You’ll be expected to achieve assigned goals and business objectives, connect personally with customers, and contribute to a positive work environment that promotes team effectiveness and personal performance development.
Requirements for this position include a high school diploma with over 1 year of relevant experience, undergraduate degree or equivalent, administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills, knowledge of MS Office and internet use, and strong customer experience skills. A successful Personal Banking Associate must also possess exceptional communication skills, financial knowledge, attention to detail, sales and cross-selling abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
