During a visit to NITDA’s headquarters, Governor Umar Namadi Danmodi expressed his commitment to fostering digital literacy and equipping the youth with essential skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He also highlighted the establishment of the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Agency in Jigawa State, which will provide training, business development support, and funding opportunities to empower young individuals in the digital economy.

The collaboration between Jigawa State and NITDA aligns with the Federal Government’s vision of a digital economy agenda and the goal of bridging the digital divide nationwide. By equipping the youth with digital skills, the partnership aims to drive economic growth, job creation, and overall development in Jigawa State.
