• Be a national of a Member State of the African Union currently residing in Ghana
• Possess excellent ICT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite
• Be capable and willing to work in a multicultural and international team environment
• Be enrolled on a fully accredited degree program on a full-time basis
• Have a proficiency in at least one of the AU official working languages (French, English, Portuguese, Arabic, Kiswahili, and Spanish)
• Have a high level of quantitative and IT skills
