About the Role
A Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What Will I be Doing?
As a Houseperson, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. This includes cleaning restrooms, public areas, offices, and meeting rooms, as well as performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows. You will also be responsible for greeting guests, reporting maintenance issues, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
