About the Nigeria Police Recruitment Screening
Only individuals who have applied for the Nigeria Police Force Recruitment are eligible for the screening exercise. Before we outline the requirements, it is important to note that you must have submitted your application for the recruitment. If you haven’t applied yet, we recommend doing so. The screening exercise will take place at various locations across all 36 states in Nigeria. It will involve assessing applicants for physical fitness and verifying their documents. To find the specific centers for the police recruitment screening, you can refer to the list here.
Full Requirements for Nigeria Police Recruitment Screening
Below are the requirements for the Nigeria Police Recruitment Screening exercise:
- Applicants are required to wear a clean white T-shirt and shorts to their respective screening centers.
- They must bring their National Identity Number (NIN) slip. You can check your NIN using the USSD code on your mobile phone.
- Recent passport photographs are necessary.
- The printout of the online application confirmation page must be presented.
- Applicants should download and fill out the guarantor’s form from here.
- Original and duplicate copies of credentials, including O’ Level result, Certificate of Origin, and Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
Note: All documents should be arranged in a flat file. Failure to bring any of the listed items above will result in disqualification from the screening process.
The screening will be conducted in different locations across the 36 states, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols is mandatory during the exercise.

- Click on your State of Origin to access the list of shortlisted candidates, along with your screening date and venue.
