The Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme is a Digital Skills and Development Programme implemented by the Kaduna Bureau of Statistics. It aims to train data management professionals in modern tools and techniques to improve public policy and decision-making in Kaduna State. This programme is a collaboration between the Kaduna State Government, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Natview Foundation for Technology Innovation.
Program Highlights:
- Duration: 6 months
- Intensive Training Programme: 3 months
- Paid Internship: 3 months
- Opportunity to work with the Amina J. Mohammed SDGs Data Lab
- Placement in MDAs and State Ministry of Health to support data coordinating efforts
Program Benefits:

Eligibility:
- Age: 18-35 years (except for exceptional cases)
- Location: Reside in Kaduna State
- Academic Qualifications: Graduate of Tertiary Institutions in STEM courses (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Physical Sciences, and other health-related disciplines). Undergraduates in STEM fields doing internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, data usage, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Gender: 50% gender balancing and distribution during selection

- Activate your profile through an email confirmation link
- Create a password and log in
- Write a 250-word essay on why you should be selected and upload a valid means of identification (Voters card, National ID Card, Driver’s License, or International Passport)
- Upload a 2-minute video showcasing your unique qualities
- Receive confirmation status of your application
- Take a Computer Based Test (if successful)
- Attend a One-on-One Interview with the Selection Panel (if successful)
- Join the Second Cohort for the Fellowship Programme
