Job Description
The Health Care Aide (HCA) provides basic nursing care to patients/residents, assists with activities of daily living, and maintains patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity. The HCA follows established standards and procedures of Covenant Health and is covered by the terms of the USW Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications
Active status on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory is mandatory. Candidates must be physically able to assist with patient care, understand English, and be enrolled in an approved Alberta nursing program.
