Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: Trouw Nutrition Chilliwack, BC
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $25.60/Hour
Reporting to the Warehouse supervisor, this position is responsible for verifying accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products, maintaining proper stock rotation as per standard operating procedure (SOP), completing inventory counts, and ensuring constant quality awareness. The role also involves organizing the warehouse, housekeeping, and operating the automated bagging system in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for verifying accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain proper stock rotation as per standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Operation of automated bagging system in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to organize the warehouse and housekeeping.
- Make expected daily picking tonnages.
- Completes inventory counts.
- Constant quality awareness.
- Other duties as required.
Preferred Hiring Criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, 2-3 yrs. experience in a mill preferred.
- Strong leadership, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Able to lift 25kgs and forklift experience.

- Ability to work shift work is a MUST.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist, open and close lids, climb ladders and work at heights, and lift 25 kgs.
- Physical Work Conditions: Often exposed to loud sounds, distracting noise levels, and dusty environment.
