Job Description
- We are in search of an ambitious and vibrant Business Development Manager to assist in expanding our client base. This individual will be the face of the company and must possess the dedication to create and implement innovative sales strategies.
- The primary objective is to drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales and the cultivation of strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Formulate a growth strategy that is centered on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs
- Schedule business meetings with potential clients
- Provide reliable feedback and post-sales support
- Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Train entry-level staff to become effective salespeople
- Promote the company’s products/services while catering to clients’ goals
- Draft sales contracts in compliance with established rules and regulations
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data
Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a BSc/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a similar role
- Possess market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective time management and planning abilities
- A proven track record in sales
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Fluency in English
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month
