Job Title: Production Labourer

Location: Strathmore, AB

Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight

Wage: $22.60/Hour

Reporting to the Production Manager and Team Leads, the Production Technician will assist in daily activities including primarily packaging and pre-roll production. The ideal candidate will be professionally minded as well as passionate and/or knowledgeable about Cannabis and the Cannabis Industry. Previous experience is considered an asset. The Production Technician is expected to follow and adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and conduct themselves with the highest levels of safety, quality and attention to detail. We are currently hiring two Production Technicians for our facility located in Strathmore, AB. Reliable transportation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to daily tasks.
  • Assist in keeping appropriate records and logs as required by GDP.
  • Maintain state of tools, equipment, and production facility as a whole.

Production Technicians will be trained on complex pieces of equipment. Work cohesively in a group, or independently, as needed. Some daily overtime may be required. Weekend work is rare, but could be required as per production needs. Other duties as assigned and as needed for company success.
