The Position
The Administrative Assistant will focus on providing administrative and general support services to the Senior Director and the Front Office of the Senior Director of the Africa Investment Forum Unit in The Office of the President.
Competencies (skills, experience, and knowledge)
The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Administration or related discipline and have a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in an executive office support function. Additionally, they should possess strong secretarial and office management skills, high levels of discretion, judgement, and etiquette, as well as attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written skills in English or French are required, along with standard MS office applications competence.
