NAFDAC Screening Date 2023: Each shortlisted applicant chosen for the NAFDAC recruitment must undergo screening by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration (NAFDAC) before starting work.
We provide detailed information on the Nigerian National Agency for Food and Drug Administration Screening dates and examination locations in this article.
Once candidates are shortlisted for the NAFDAC Recruitment, they will undergo screening at designated locations chosen by NAFDAC. The Nigerian authorities will determine the screening times and examination locations.
Successful applicants from the screening examination are required to appear at the Zonal Screening Centers in their respective states of origin.
NAFDAC Screening & Examination Venues
The screening date and locations for the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control have not yet been announced. Once the screening date and locations are announced, we will update this page. The NAFDAC screening date and examination locations will be made public when the list of shortlisted candidates is released.
The NAFDAC screening times and locations will be made public for all 36 states in Nigeria. Successful candidates from all federation states will be able to check their names. The list of all thirty-six states is provided below;
NAFDAC Screening Requirements
- Recent Passport photographs
- Printout of the online registration form
- Login details (username and password)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Educational certificates
- Medical Report
- Certificate of State of Origin signed by the Chairman or Secretary of the Local Government
- Certificate of Local Government Area of Origin
- A valid means of identification such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, Voter’s card
