Nigeria Police Recruitment Requirements 2023
To be considered for recruitment or successfully recruited into the NPF, you must meet certain requirements. The requirements are as follows:
- Nigerian by birth
- Age between 18 and 35
- Minimum of O level certificate in WASSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB with at least 5 credit passes in mathematics and English language
- Minimum height of 1.67m for males and 1.64m for females
- Valid means of identification such as driver’s license, international passport, voter’s card, or National ID card
- Higher Degree holders (B.Sc, OND, HND, etc) are also eligible to apply
- Valid National Identification Number (NIN), email address, and phone number for all applications and contact purposes.

How to Apply for Nigeria Police Recruitment 2023
To apply for the NPF Recruitment exercise 2023, follow the instructions below:
- Go to the NPF portal at www.policerecruitment.gov.ng
- Navigate to the “Register for 202_” section.
- Read and understand the application guidelines.
- Download the guarantor’s form.
- Provide your National Identification Number (NIN) to continue.
- Click on “Verify”.
